We have been made aware that scammers are impersonating our recruiters to deceive job seekers. Please be advised of the following:

  1. Authentic Communication: Our genuine recruiting process always involves our recruiters speaking directly to candidates over the phone before requesting any personal information or presenting any job offers. We will never make a job offer or ask for personal information prior to having a verbal phone discussion with you first in which we have discussed the open position and sent you a “Right to Represent” form requiring your signature prior to gathering any personal information that is required to post you in the client’s system.

  2. Verification: If you receive a message from someone claiming to be a recruiter from our company, please verify the legitimacy by contacting our official HR department HR@Precise-solutions.com prior to responding to any requests for information. Scammers like to send you emails with fake job offers that appear to come from our company in hopes of tricking you into providing your personal information, please email us first at HR@Precise-Solutions.com

  3. Personal Information: Do not share your personal information (such as social security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive data) unless you have confirmed the identity of the recruiter through a direct phone conversation. We only ask for your personal information after we have had a direct conversation with you by one our staff recruiters and we have sent you an official “right to represent” consent form that you have signed. Our clients require that we provide personal information about birthdate and other info after the R2R has been signed and you have agreed to be entered into their system

  4. Official Correspondence: All official communication from our recruiters will come from our verified company email addresses and phone numbers.
